2027 Coming Soon
6 SPOTS ONLY
Join us for a five-day, four-night retreat that invites you to reconnect with your body, breath, and the magic of Lapland. Through dynamic movement practices, breathwork, cold water dipping, and time in nature, this immersive experience supports you in releasing tension, building flexibility, enhancing vitality, and feeling more at home in your body. We’re welcoming only 6 participants to create a truly intimate, special, and connected retreat space.
-
This retreat is for women who are ready to step away from the demands of everyday life and prioritise their own wellbeing.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or simply craving time to slow down, you'll find space to rest, reflect and reconnect. No previous experience with breathwork or wellbeing practices is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to show up for yourself.
-
At Breathe Through, we believe lasting wellbeing comes from creating space to pause, breathe and reconnect.
Our retreats combine guided breathwork, movement, time in nature and meaningful connection in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. Rather than striving for perfection, we focus on simple practices that help you feel calmer, more grounded and better equipped to navigate everyday life.
-
Throughout the retreat, you'll enjoy a carefully curated programme designed to restore both body and mind.
Expect guided breathwork, mindful movement, nourishing meals, coastal walks, time to rest, meaningful conversations and moments of stillness—all set against the beautiful backdrop of the Cornish coastline.
You'll leave feeling refreshed, reconnected and with practical tools to support your wellbeing long after the retreat ends.
Location
The retreat will take place in a magical remote little town just above the Arctic Circle, called Ylitornio.
Our traditional Finnish cabins are nestled between two frozen lakes and surrounded by snow-covered forests. Here, you’re more likely to encounter reindeer than fellow travelers. If you’re lucky, you might witness the Northern Lights dancing above.
With just six spaces available, this intimate retreat includes accommodation, all meals, the full retreat programme, and airport transfers. Choose from a private room or your own cabin if travelling with a friend, and secure your place with a £200 deposit, with the remaining balance payable in one or two instalments.
