2 Retreats
FEBRUARY 27TH - MARCH 3RD
& MARCH 7TH - 11TH
Across five days and four nights, you're warmly welcomed into a retreat designed for deep restoration and renewal.
Held by nature, supported by skilled guides, and rooted in community, this immersive experience offers a space for healing, reflection, and reconnection.
Together, we'll explore potent tools to soothe the nervous system, process emotions, and rediscover clarity, purpose, and your truest self.
-
This retreat is for women who are ready to step away from the demands of everyday life and prioritise their own wellbeing.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or simply craving time to slow down, you'll find space to rest, reflect and reconnect. No previous experience with breathwork or wellbeing practices is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to show up for yourself.
-
At Breathe Through, we believe lasting wellbeing comes from creating space to pause, breathe and reconnect.
Our retreats combine guided breathwork, movement, time in nature and meaningful connection in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. Rather than striving for perfection, we focus on simple practices that help you feel calmer, more grounded and better equipped to navigate everyday life.
-
Throughout the retreat, you'll enjoy a carefully curated programme designed to restore both body and mind.
Expect guided breathwork, mindful movement, nourishing meals, coastal walks, time to rest, meaningful conversations and moments of stillness—all set against the beautiful backdrop of the Cornish coastline.
You'll leave feeling refreshed, reconnected and with practical tools to support your wellbeing long after the retreat ends.
Location
The retreat takes place in the remote Finnish town of Ylitornio, just above the Arctic Circle.
Nestled between two frozen lakes and surrounded by snow-covered forests, our traditional Lappish cabins offer a peaceful escape where you're more likely to spot reindeer than other travellers—and, if you're lucky, the Northern Lights overhead. Each rustic cabin includes a private sauna, providing an authentic Finnish experience in a truly magical setting.
Each cabin offers warmth, comfort, and a deep connection to nature. All guests have access to a traditional Finnish sauna and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Whether you prefer a peaceful single room or retreating with a friend (or friends) and would like your own private cabin, options are available to suit your needs.
